KeptWell connects to those sources and pulls the records into one place the whole care circle can see. You can still upload anything by hand. These connections just save you the trip.

Sign in to your hospital's MyChart with your own login and KeptWell brings in labs, medications, diagnoses, allergies, visits, and the documents from your chart. It re-syncs in the background, so the record stays current without anyone downloading a PDF again.

Apple Health sync
The iOS app reads the clinical records already sitting in your iPhone Health app and syncs them into your family's circle. Apple's Health Records network reaches thousands of US health systems, including plenty that aren't on Epic.
